ACTive Programme

Active School Programme for Secondary and Junior College Students

Netball Singapore’s Active School Programme (ASP) combines the “Understanding Netball Rules” course with a streamlined version of the “Level 1 Umpiring” course, offering students a comprehensive introduction to the sport.

This engaging program is designed to help students develop a wide range of netball skills while fostering a deeper passion for the game.
Β
Upon completion, students will have the exciting opportunity to umpire at events like the Year-End Carnival or the Schools Challenge League.
Β
It’s important to note that while the ASP serves as an introduction to umpiring through a simplified version of the Level 1 Umpiring course, it does not certify students as qualified umpires.
Β
For those interested in becoming certified umpires, more information on our full umpiring courses is availableΒ here
