One Team Singapore Fund

One Team Singapore Fund (OTSF)

One Team Singapore Fund (OTSF) is a one-for-one funding project by MCCY/Sport SG for elite sports development. All donations to Netball Singapore specifically for the OTSF grant will attract one-for one funding for elite development.

Netball Singapore will use these funds to further develop our pipeline of elite players and officials. For 2024, we will Β be extending our overseas development tours to include our National 19&U and 17&U teams.

Your donation will go a long way to keeping netball at the forefront of elite development in Asia.

WHAT IS the One Team Singapore Fund?

In 2017, the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth announced that $50 million will be pledged to match sports donations from Financial Year (FY)2017 till FY2021 with extension for another 5 years (FY2022 to FY2026)

From 1 April 2024:

  • The One Team Singapore Fund will be expanded to support the Athletes’ Inspire Fund and donations made to SportCares.
  • The One Team Singapore Fund (OTSF) will be further extended for another year till FY2027.
  • Recognising that athletes in emerging sports who represent Singapore also inspire Singaporeans and contribute to our national pride, the One Team Singapore Fund will be expanded to support the Athletes’ Inspire Fund.
  • Donations to SportCares will also be eligible for the dollar-to-dollar matching into the central pool of One Team Singapore Fund which can be used for all causes covered under OTSF.

WHY SHOULD I contribute to the One Team Singapore Fund?

  • The government will match dollar for dollar for contributions across ALL sports. So every dollar counts!
  • Donors, both corporates and individuals are entitled to 250% tax deduction.
