Entry Fee: $50 per team (min 7 and max 12 players)
Prizes: 1st – $1500, 2nd – $1000, 3rd – $800, 4th – $500, 5th – $300
Closing Date: 29 October, 5pm (Wednesday) or when entries hit 48 teams. 
*Corporate teams are defined as being made up of employees of the company. A minimum of 1 and maximum of 3 male players are allowed to take court at any one time. The male players are allowed to play Goal Shooter, Centre and Goal Keeper. 
**This event is open to corporations and statutory boards.
