Recruitment for Senior Coach/ Coach, Netball Academy and Senior Executive/ Executive, Human Resource


You will be responsible for planning and implementing the training and competition plans for a group of assigned student-athletes based on long-term athlete development principles, towards high performance in sports. You will conduct regular meetings with student-athletes and their parents, and keep track of the progress of each student-athlete, including regular reporting. You will work with the Head Coach, General Manager, fellow coaches and external stakeholders, to achieve the sports and holistic development of every student-athlete under your care, and the goals of the Netball Academy and the School.
  • At least 3 years of coaching experience at youth high-performance level
  • Possesses at least SG Coach L1 (Full) certification or equivalent, and is registered with the National Registry of Coaches (NROC)
  • Possesses a deep understanding of sports science as applied to elite youth level sports development based on Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD)
  • Competent in values inculcation and character development for student-athletes
  • Good administrative and organisational skills and be able to communicate well in English
  • Experience in teaching and having a bachelor’s degree or post-graduate diploma in Physical Education and/or Sports Science or its equivalence is an advantage


You will be involved in the Human Resource functions pertaining to recruitment, training and development, payroll and benefits administration. You will assist to review human resource policies and practices and implement new initiatives that contribute to organisational success. You will compile and analyse HR data and support in all other HR areas as assigned. You will also provide secretariat support to the School Board.
  • At least 3 years of broad-based Human Resource experience
  • Experience in payroll is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • A good team player, highly motivated and performance-driven
  • Good understanding of Singapore employment legislations
  • A degree in any discipline, preferably with post-graduate qualification in Human Resource
