The opportunity to play alongside some of the best in the international netball scene.Â

The food and scenery.Â
3. What are your goals for Team Singapore in the upcoming Netball World Cup?
I am hoping that we can better our last two world cup performances.
4. What advice would you give to aspiring young netball players?
Train hard and play smart.
5. What keeps you passionate and dedicated to the sport?
My team mates and the love for the sport.Â
6. What is your best netball moment?
Managing to draw with Fiji at full time in 2011 edition of World Cup in Singapore, even though we lost in the extra time after.Â
7. How was your experience during the World Netball Championships 2011?
It was very exciting and special for us to play World Champs in front of our family, friends and fans. It also allows the local audience to understand a little more about different styles and standard of Netball beyond our region – creating awareness of Netball in general.Â
8. How do you think the team can improve our position? (We were ranked 15th then)
I think we definitely have the ability to do so but need to rise to the occasion when it mattered!

Playing competitive netball against world class players.
2. What do you look forward to in Sydney?
To fulfill one of my personal checklist: climbing the Sydney harbour bridge
3. What are your goals for Team Singapore in the upcoming Netball World Cup?
To improve our previous tournament ranking of 15.
4. Which international netball player do you look up to and why?
Most likely those whom I’ve seen in the ANZ championship. It will be great to even play against them.
5. What advice would you give to aspiring young netball players?
Train hard and seize the opportunities given!
6. What keeps you passionate and dedicated to the sport?
The high intensity of the game and fun moments with teammates and opponents
7. What is your best netball moment?
Winning Asian Championship 2012 by 1 goal.
8. How was your experience during the World Netball Championships 2011?
It was great as it was held at home and we have family and friends who get to watch world class netball games.
9. How do you think the team can improve our position? (We were ranked 15th then)
We will take 1 game at a time and I guess sometimes it depends on the luck of draw too.

My favourite time of the day is … late mornings
My hidden talent is … a secret.
I always travel with … a wallet and with passport if its overseas.

To improve from previous standing
2. Which international netball player do you look up to and why?
Erin Burger from South Africa. She is very skillful and has great attacking flair!
3. What advice would you give to aspiring young netball players?
Have good basics and build up from there. Always give 110% at trainings and games!
4. What keeps you passionate and dedicated to the sport?Â
The desire to dream big and achieving big thingsÂ

Winning gold at sea games
6. How was your experience during the World Netball Championships 2011?
Amazing as it was my first time! Great to see world class netballers and admiring their ability to play beautiful netball.
7. How do you think the team can improve our position? (We were ranked 15th then)
We shall take on one game at a time and execute our game plan accordingly. Every game is an opportunity to make a difference.
