2023 AGE GROUP PROGRAMME

12&U Age Group

The 12&U Age Group Programme will consist of:

12&U Coach North Zone

• 1 training per week (every Monday, 5pm – 7pm at KNC)
• Selection Trial: 7 Oct 2023
• Mini Carnival: 8 Nov
• Training period: Week of 9 Oct to Week of 6 Nov (5 weeks)

14&U Coach West Zone

• 2 training per week (every Tuesday & Thursday, 5pm – 7pm at KNC)
• Selection Trial: 30 Sep 2023
• Year End Carnival: 8 Nov
• Training period: Week of 2 Oct to Week of 6 Nov (6 weeks)

International Youth Netball Challenge (IYNC) (for selected)

• Trial: 14 October 2023
• Training Period: Week of 16 October – Week of 20 November
• IYNC: 21 Nov – 28 Nov
