DESCRIPTION:*This event is organised by Pronet7. \nClick here for entry form. \n\n\n\nEntry Information\n\n\nSchools 17 and Under\n\n\nRound 1\nWed\, 20th Nov 2019\n\n\nVenue\nSt. Hilda’s Secondary School Indoor Courts/Kallang Netball Court (TBA later on)\n\n\nCompetition Time\n8am to 3 pmScheduled time may be shortened or lengthen according to the no. of teams participating\n\n\nClosing Date\nMon\, 21st Oct 2019\n\n\nPayment Due Date\nMon\, 21st Oct 2019\n\n\nTournament Fees+ Umpire Fees\n$140\n\n\nFormat\nPronet7 will advise the format when we have received the total number of teams for this competition\, Pronet7 aims to maximize the number of games all teams will play as much as possible\, and as competitive as possible.Pronet7 reserves the right to change the format without prior notice.\n\n\nDuration of Play\n7 Minutes halves. May be subjected to change.\n\n\nCategories\n\nSchools 17 and Under category: \n1Jan 2003 – 31December 20031Jan 2004 – 31December 20041Jan 2005- 31 December 2005 \n\n\n\nEligibility\n\nPlayers must be in the category above in order to participate. \nBring along Identification document to verify age when requested by Tournament Officials. \n\n\n\n\nEntry Form & Team List \n  \n\n\n\nTeams are required to submit their entries on the official entry form provided.\nAll team players’ names must be submitted by closing date.\nTournaments fee are to be paid by closing date.\nEach team shall register a minimum of 7 players and no more than 12 players.\nNo changes shall be made to the Team list after the closing date.\nTournament fees remain payable in the case of withdrawal after closing date. A penalty of 50% of total fees will be charged upon withdrawal after signing-up.\n\n\nPlease email your entries to: pronet7n@gmail.com\n\n\n\n\n\nTournament Rules \n  \n\n\n\nFor Pronet7 invitational 17 and under Netball Carnival 2019\, Netball Singapore Tournament Rules April 2012\, IFNA (International Federation of Netball Association) Rules and Official Rules of Netball 2018 shall apply.\nAll teams must be able to play on all playing and reserve days stated (if any).\n\n\n\n\n\nScoring and Time keeping \n  \n\n\n\nCentral timing by Pronet7.\nEach team must provide 1 scorer.\nScorers must tally their scores during the intervals and at the end of each match.\nThe team captains must request the Umpires to verify the scores on the scorecards and submit immediately to the Tournament officials.\nPoint system – Win 2 points\, Draw 1 point\, Loss no points and deduction of 2 points for awarding a walkover.\n\n\n\n\nEvent Administration\n\n\nAll payment should be made through giro/fund transfer to UOB savings account no. 938-112-009-7 or cash.\nShould you require an e-invoice (e.g pay through gebiz\, please indicate when you email or submit the forms.\nProtests must be submitted in writing within 48hrs of the incident and must be accompanied by the protest fee of $300.00.\nPronet7 reserves the right to change the date\, time and venue when necessary without prior notice.\n\n\n\n\nFirst Aid\n\n\nTeam players are to provide own first aid kit and ice packs to treat injuries.\n\n\n\n\nLiability\n\n\nPronet7 and its sponsors shall not be liable for any accidents\, injuries\, loss of personal properties that may have been suffered during this event.
