Sports Events Manager

Netball Singapore is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Sports Events Manager. 

JOB TITLE:               Sports Events Manager

JOB FUNCTION:       Planning and Implementing Netball competitions and events and General Administration

REPORTS TO:           CEO 

REQUIREMENTS:    

  • Singapore Citizen or PR
  • Educational: General Degree preferred
  • Skills Required:
    • Strong Communication and interpersonal
    • Planning and coordinating
    • Problem solving
    • Customer service
    • At least 3 years in the sport event management industry

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure all Netball competitions are completed successfully by
    • Planning and organising your work meticulously
    • Coordinating and monitoring the participation rate
    • Monitoring the expenditures to remain within budget
    • Effective coordination of umpires and tournament officials
  • Contributes to customer satisfaction by listening and attending to customers’ needs
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to other departments when required
  • Manage the facilities and equipment
  • Manage the membership database
  • Perform all duties in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures to achieve the Primary Objective
  • And any other operational responsibilities that the CEO may assign

 Salary will commensurate with qualification and work experience
